- chocolate almond bark (for dipping)
- white almond bark (optional)

- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. (You may have to mix it together with your hands to make sure it’s combined).
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips until evenly combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate almond bark in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time stirring until melted.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place back on the parchment paper and let the chocolate set. (before the chocolate sets I like to drizzle a little white almond bark over the peanut butter balls).
- Once hardened, store the peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
