Ingredients
- Pretzels
- Cheesecake Filling
- Butter
For garnish:
- Rolos
- Caramel syrup
- Mini pretzels or pretzel pieces (optional)
And I love using the pre-made cheesecake filling. You can find it at the grocery store next to the cream cheese.
But, if you prefer you can also make your own cheesecake filling.
Instructions
- Make the crust:
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an oiled 9-inch springform pan. You can chill it for 15 minutes or so, to let it set, but I didn’t chill mine. - Add the cheesecake filling to the top of the crust. And I place it in the freezer for about a hour to make sure it was firm enough to remove the sides of the pan.
- After you take it out of the freezer and remove the sides of the pan.
- Add the Rolos, pretzel pieces and caramel syrup right before you serve it. I simply placed the Rolos around the top edge of the cheesecake.
- Enjoy!
