Ingredients
- White almond bark (or, you could use chocolate almond bark.)
- Crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
You could buy peppermints or candy canes and crush them yourself. But, I like to buy the bag of already crushed peppermint. And I linked it above.
🥣 Instructions
- Line your pan:
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. - Melt the almond bark:
Break the almond bark into squares and melt it in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and creamy. - Spread it out:
Pour the melted almond bark onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly with a spatula. You’ll want to spread it in a pretty thin layer. - Top it off:
Sprinkle the crushed peppermint evenly over the top while it’s still warm. - Cool and break:
Let the bark harden at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting. Once firm, break into pieces and enjoy! Hint: If you want it a little quicker, I like to place it in the freezer for a few minutes and it will harden a lot quicker that way, you just have to be careful not to leave in the freezer too long or the bark will be too hard.
