You know what even better than felt toys? I know you’re probably thinking what can be better than felt toys. But, it’s felt finger puppets, you can have so much fun with cute finger puppets.
Especially, if you use free patterns and also if you use googly eyes to make them extra cute. This entire round-up is made of free felt patterns for finger puppets and they’ll be great for older kids and younger kids.
Making toys and finger puppets are a great craft. And the felt pieces can be put together by sewing or hot glue. Sometimes people even use their sewing machine.
Most of the time I’ll put my felt together with embroidery thread. The craft supplies you need is just felt and either hot glue or embroidery floss and a needle.
And speaking about embroidery floss, I like to use DMC embroidery floss, and if you don’t want this pack you can get individual skeins of embroidery floss at Hobby Lobby. Because it’s great quality and to me it doesn’t tangle as easily as the cheap embroidery floss and it also doesn’t break like the cheap either.
