Ingredients
- Round buttery crackers (like Ritz)
- Peanut butter
- White almond bark
- Optional toppings: Sprinkles, crushed peppermints, crushed peanuts, melted chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- Make the sandwiches:
Spread the peanut butter on one cracker, then top with another cracker to make a sandwich. Repeat until all crackers are used or you have as many as you want. - Melt the almond bark:
Break almond bark into pieces and melt in a microwave-safe bowl, heating at 30-seconds at a time and stirring until smooth. - Dip the crackers:
Using a fork, carefully dip each peanut butter sandwich into the melted almond bark. Tap off the excess coating and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. - Add toppings (optional):
Before the coating sets, sprinkle with sprinkles or crushed peppermints (those are what I used), crushed peanuts, or drizzle with melted chocolate for a pretty finish. - Let set:
Allow the dipped crackers to harden at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until firm. - Store and enjoy:
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week—or longer if refrigerated.

Substitutes
- Instead of peanut butter crackers, you could dip Oreos in almond bark instead. (I wonder what lemon Oreos would taste like?)
- You could chocolate almond bark instead of white.
- This isn’t really a substitute, but you could dip just half of the cracker in almond bark and leave the other half plain.
Once you make these, don’t be surprised if they disappear fast! They’re the perfect mix of crunchy, creamy, and sweet—and they couldn’t be easier to make. Whip up a batch and watch them vanish from the plate in no time.
