Looking for a St. Patrick’s Day tatting pattern? Here is a free four leaf clover tatting pattern that’s great for Spring or St. Patrick’s day.
I got the idea for a four leaf clover tatting pattern after I finished my Valentine’s day heart pattern. I decided I needed to do a pattern for St. Patrick’s day.

So, I was thinking about St. Patrick’s day and green and four leaf clovers are what came to mind. And after a few trial and errors, I finished a four leaf clover that I am really happy about and excited to share with you.
This is a intermediate tatting pattern. You will use split rings to make the stem.
And like many tatting projects you will probably have to block the finished four leaf clover. My method of blocking is really easy to do.
You’ll lay the tatting project on a flat surface and spray just regular water on the tatting project making sure to get it pretty wet. Then you’ll just stretch out the project to make it lay flat. And let the project dry on a flat surface.
